The World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2025), themed "Global Solidarity in the AI Era", opened grandly in Shanghai from July 26 to 28. Premier Li Qiang of the State Council attended and delivered a keynote speech, proposing the establishment of a World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization to promote the building of an open, fair and inclusive global AI governance framework.
