On October 14, 2025, Ninecosmos Technology and ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ContiOcean") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in the fields of shipping big data, artificial intelligence forecasting, and intelligent route optimization, jointly promoting the integrated development of green shipping and intelligent shipping. Relying on its core technologies in supercomputing, AI large models, and meteorological navigation, Ninecosmos will provide data and algorithm support for ContiOcean's ship energy-saving and carbon reduction products, improving carbon reduction efficiency, optimizing route planning, and mitigating meteorological risks. In the future, the two parties will conduct joint research and development focusing on AI wind propulsion systems and intelligent route planning, promoting the in-depth integration of AI and shipping scenarios.

The achievement of this strategic cooperation marks the official launch of the in-depth integration of the two enterprises in the fields of intelligent shipping and green energy. In the future, both parties will work together to advance technological R&D, joint product development, and market expansion, promoting China's shipping industry take solid steps forward on the path of intelligence and decarbonization.
